Visit statistics
For each page you open, the site notes the page, its language, the site or campaign you came from, the type of device and your country. No cookie is set for this. Your internet address is turned into a code that changes every day and is not stored, so a visit cannot be traced back to you or followed from one day to the next. These records are kept for 400 days.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how the pages are used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement become heatmaps and replays of visits, which show us where a page is unclear. What you type into forms and other personal details are masked in your browser before anything is sent. Clarity is run by Microsoft, which handles this data under its own privacy statement.
Cookies and your choice
Until you allow it, Clarity is not loaded and records nothing. If you allow analytics cookies, Clarity sets two: one that recognises your browser on a later visit, kept for up to a year, and one that joins the pages of a single visit, kept for a day. No advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time with the button below; refusing removes Clarity’s cookies.
Bookings, enquiries and chat
What you write in a booking, an enquiry or the chat is used to answer you and prepare your stay, and is kept with your booking. For any question about your data, or to have it removed, write to reception@riverwalkrent.ba.
